Can I return my order?

We have a 30-day return policy meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. If you wish to return your order please contact us within 30 days and we will provide you instructions on how and where to return your order.

Can I track my order?

Once we process and charge your credit card, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out, this will include a tracking number and a link to track your order. Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if you need to change your shipping address we can do this if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us within 24 hours and we can do this for you.

My order arrived damaged?

Upon arrival, inspect your shipment for missing or damaged items. Please take photos of any potential damages, as this will help with a damage claim. Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at +1 877-592-2843 or sales@avidhealthandwellness.com.

Do you provide free return shipping?

If you are returning because of customer remorse, you are responsible for the return shipping. If you are returning defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Yes, we charge a 25% restocking fee on all items if you return your order. However, if you are returning defective or incorrect items, there is no restocking fee.
